We work closely with the NHS providing our services across the Midlands and further a field.We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to work under our Staffordshire NHS contract based as St Georges hospital, working with the hospital, GP surgeries and out patient buildings with electrical, fabrication and plumbing services.Role Responsibilities The day to day running of all contractsSecuring ongoing service and maintenance contractsWorking with projects ranging from small sum fit outs room change of use in healthcare to Plant installs and larger change of use alterationsEstimation and providing quotesAttending site meetings when requiredAttending site to complete site visitsAttending site to complete final measuring upLiaising with employees and sub-contractorsWorking on the tools when / as requiredAttending and overlooking each installLiaising with all other members of staff within the officeDealing with suppliers / contractors
