SALARY UP TO £30,000


O'Neill & Brennan have a rare opening for a Junior Document Controller to join an established regional contractor in Hertfordshire who operate in the Education, Healthcare, Commercial, and mixed-use sectors. They are small enough to be friendly and personable, and large enough to offer you structure and progression.


They work on general contracting schemes up to around £20m and have an extremely low staff turnover.

Your responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing distributions of documentation
  • Ensure control and coordination of documentation and date for each project
  • Assistance in the preparation, collation and issuing of reports and registers as required
  • Ensure all documentation provided is as per Client quality formatting requirements
  • Work in co-operation with project team members to ensure timely information flow
  • Complete full-size printing for site once a week
  • Ad-hoc duties as required to assist the project team


What we are looking for

  • Ideally 1 years'+ experience in the role of a Junior/Document Controller
  • Self directed and highly motivated
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to work as part of a team
