About Three Little Figs:
Hey, I’m Laura, the owner of Three Little Figs – a passion project born during the 2020 lockdown, when I began delivering graze boxes and edible gifts to connect friends and families who were forced apart.
Almost 5 years on, Three Little Figs is a thriving artistic grazing company based in the creative hub of Bristol. Focused on using fresh, vibrant ingredients, and collaborating with talented local bakeries and suppliers to create stunning grazing platters and displays for weddings, corporate events, hen parties, and more
In order to take my business to the next level, I’m looking for a sharp content creator who will be able to bring our social media back to the forefront of the instagram algorithm, and make the content we put out more relatable and valuable for our audience. The ideal person will know how to keep things relevant, fun, and still maintain authenticity within the brand.
About You:
You’re a creative social media enthusiast with a gift for storytelling and an instinct for spotting those shareable, everyday moments.
You’re the first to know about Instagram and TikTok trends and know how to capture the attention of our target market: young professionals, corporate clients, young adults (mainly women), busy working mums, brides-to-be, and anyone with an eye for style and aesthetic.
You’ll enjoy experimenting with content, thinking outside the box, and translating the brand’s personality into posts that spark engagement and grow our following.
Key Responsibilities:
Grasp and embody Three Little Figs’ brand voice and personality to maintain authenticity across all social media platforms.Develop and schedule engaging, on-brand content for Instagram (and the occasional TikTok).Collaborate with me (Laura) to ensure content aligns with the brand vision.Transform content I shoot into polished posts, reels, and stories that add value to our audience.Occasionally shoot content on location in and around Bristol (think vibrant grazing tables and beautifully styled setups).Keep up with social media trends, algorithms, and insights to maintain relevance and drive growth.Propose fresh, bold ideas to keep the brand exciting and dynamic.Track performance metrics and report on growth and engagement.What I’m Looking For:
Confidence, creativity, and a collaborative spirit.Excellent communication skills are essential.A passion for social media, storytelling, and (ideally) food styling.Previous experience managing social media for brands is a plus but not essential.A portfolio showcasing your work, including growth stats or creative campaigns (if available).An understanding of our audience (young female professionals, 25–44, Bristol and London-based).Must be Bristol-based or able to travel locally for occasional shoots.Why Join Us?
