Borthwick Heating, an established heating and insulation company, are currently seeking Cavity Wall and Loft Insulation Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess industry-specific experience and demonstrate strong leadership skills, guiding a team of trainees. Given the nature of the role, candidates must be physically fit to work at heights and in confined spaces. We also have multiple training positions available, so those with experience in bricklaying/construction/factory based backgrounds are also welcome to apply.


Please be aware, due to jobs being based nationwide, the flexibility to travel and stay throughout the working week is required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute specified drill patterns for bead product installations
  • Extraction of failed insulation
  • Complete all necessary paperwork related to the assigned tasks
  • Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and locations, often requiring travel and overnight stays
  • Uphold a high standard of work quality and customer service
  • Exercise care and attention to ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license with 6 points or less
  • Previous experience in Cavity Wall/Loft insulation or Bricklaying is preferred
  • Certification through energy store would be advantageous

  • 2nd man - £28,000/annum OTE £47,000
