Key Responsibilities: Attend tenant properties to diagnose and carry out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance. Work on various reactive jobs including leaks, burst pipes, tap replacements, blocked drains, bathroom repairs, and general plumbing issues. Deliver a customer-focused service, maintaining professionalism in occupied homes. Accurately record job details, ensure completion of documentation, and report follow-up requirements where necessary. Maintain health and safety standards and comply with company procedures at all times.
