Youll be joining a top tier and top ranked Real Estate Litigation team comprising over 20 dedicated specialists working with a diverse client base including public bodies corporate occupiers investors landlords developers landed estates and commercial businesses.The RoleAs a Real Estate Litigation Managing Associate you will manage your own portfolio of complex real estate and property disputes with a strong emphasis on telecommunications matters and the Telecommunications Code. You will work alongside senior team members on the most complex matters whilst independently managing your own high-value caseload and providing leadership and mentoring to junior team members.This exciting role has arisen due to significant growth driven by client demand. Youll benefit from very high-quality real estate litigation work from the outset close support from experienced colleagues and a market-leading remuneration package within a firm that matches individual ambition with firm ambition providing clear progression pathways to Legal Director and Partner.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing a portfolio of complex and high-value real estate litigation matters with a focus on telecommunications disputes and the Telecommunications CodeLeading on complex telecommunications-related disputes including site access code rights operator agreements and regulatory mattersAdvising public bodies corporate occupiers investors landlords and developers on complex property disputesHandling high-value disputed break clause cases rights of light disputes and breach of covenant claimsLeading on complex misrepresentation and breach of contract claims frustration and option disputesManaging complex commercial landlord and tenant disputesRepresenting clients in High Court proceedings appeals and alternative dispute resolutionWorking independently on complex cases whilst collaborating on the most significant mattersBuilding developing and managing key client relationships and acting as trusted adviserLeading and mentoring associates junior lawyers and traineesContributing to the strategic development and growth of the real estate litigation practiceLeading business development activities client seminars and thought leadership initiativesWorking collaboratively with colleagues across the national real estate litigation teamStaying current with developments in real estate litigation and telecommunications lawDelivering exceptional client service with timely and pragmatic solutionsAbout YouEssential Requirements:8 years PQE in real estate litigationQualified Solicitor in England and WalesProven track record of managing complex and high-value real estate litigation matters independentlyStrong technical knowledge of real estate litigation and property disputesExtensive experience advising on commercial landlord and tenant disputesExcellent drafting skills for complex court documents pleadings and legal submissionsStrong client relationship management skills with proven ability to act as trusted adviserExceptional communication skills both written and verbalProven leadership skills with experience supervising and mentoring junior team membersStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneouslyCommercially focused with strategic and pragmatic approach to problem-solvingCommitment to delivering high-quality client serviceBusiness development skills with ability to generate and develop client relationshipsHighly Desirable:Extensive experience working within the telecommunications sectorStrong knowledge of the Telecommunications Code and telecommunications disputesExperience advising public bodies on complex property disputesExperience with complex disputed break clause cases and rights of light mattersExperience with high-value breach of covenant claims and option disputesExtensive experience in High Court advocacy and alternative dispute resolutionEstablished client relationships and track record of business developmentExperience contributing to thought leadership and client seminarsKey Attributes:Ambitious and driven with clear career progression goals towards Legal Director/PartnerStrong leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop othersProactive and self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindsetClient-focused with commitment to exceptional service deliveryStrategic thinker with commercial acumenTeam player who thrives in a collaborative environmentAdaptable and able to work on diverse and complex mattersStrong attention to detail and accuracyConfident articulate and credible with strong presencePassionate about real estate litigation and telecommunications lawWhats On OfferOur client is committed to recognising and rewarding great work with rewards and benefits that are among the best in the business.Benefits include:Competitive salary: 80000 -
