We're a Senior Growth Marketing Manager for a well-funded health tech.
These guys have raised 9-figures from some very well-known investors and are just getting started . They strive to address the world’s biggest healthcare challenges and specifically the ones that fall between the cracks in public healthcare: e.g. weight loss, fertility, and mental health issues.
They're looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to join their London office. The role would be focused on conversion funnels, landing page optimisations, analysing qualitative and quantitative data, driving activation to purchase, and working closely with media buyers and lifecycle marketers to design and implement growth experiments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute conversion rate optimisation experiments across the entire funnel, from landing page to customer retention
- Analyse extensive datasets to identify trends and customer segments for targeted marketing
- Deepen understanding of customer personas to empathise with their pain points
- Drive initiatives to enhance patient retention and boost customer lifetime value
- Develop and implement a methodology for conducting, measuring, and learning from multiple experiments
- Collaborate with marketing team members and cross-functional teams to gather insights for lifecycle marketing
- Maintain a weekly reporting schedule to share performance metrics and insights with the acquisition team
You are/have:
- Experienced in a lifecycle marketing or conversion rate optimisation role or a related field
- Fluent in English (bonus if proficient in additional European languages like German)
- Collaborative with creative teams to design attention-grabbing landing pages, emails, or quiz funnels that motivate action
- Proven history of increasing conversion rates and retention
- Skilled in effectively communicating results, key insights, and potential opportunities
- Proficient in extracting key insights from analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Familiar with the dynamics of a rapidly growing start-up and understanding how to thrive in such an environment
