Dietician (Bank)Beaumont HospitalBank ShiftsSalary: Up to 30.00 per hour (depending on level of experience training and qualification)Beaumont Hospitalin Bolton Is part of Circle Health Group Britains leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.We have an opportunity for a Dietician to join their team of staff in theNursing department.This is a bank role working on an as and when required basis you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.Duties of this role include:Undertake nutritional assessments and develop individualised care plans for patients with complex clinical needs.Provide evidence-based dietary advice to patients with acute and chronic conditions (e.g. gastrointestinal disorders diabetes oncology malnutrition).Work closely with consultants nurses speech and language therapists and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.Educate patients and families on diet nutrition and lifestyle changes to support health and recovery.Maintain accurate timely documentation in line with professional and legal standards.Maintain professional registration with the HCPC and adhere to the BDA Code of Conduct.Applicants should meet the following criteria:BSc (Hons) in Dietetics or equivalent HCPC-approved qualification.HCPC registration as a Dietitian.Experience in a range of clinical areas (e.g. surgical medical oncology gastroenterology).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Salary & Benefits:Circle Health Group offers a competitive hourly rate.Our culture is a result of the way our people live and breathe our philosophy which combines our purpose principles and values.To find out more about the Circle Health Group Philosophy: Key Skills Culinary Experience,EMR Systems,Motivational Interviewing,Food Service,Hospital Experience,Acute Care,Computer Skills,MDS,Dietary Department Experience,Dialysis Experience,Food Production Experience,Tube Feeding Employment Type : Part-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
