Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) 📍 Location: Stoke-on-Trent 💰 Salary: £45,000 + 13% Night Shift Allowance 🕒 Shifts: Rotating Weekly – Early / Early / Nights / Lates (Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week) The Company We’re supporting a nationally recognised logistics organisation’s site that relies on a skilled engineering team to keep operations moving smoothly and safely. They’re currently seeking Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineers to join the team on a rotating shift pattern. The Role As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of automated equipment including conveyors, sorters, and tipping systems. You’ll work across electrical and mechanical systems, responding to faults, performing planned maintenance, and contributing to the safe, organised running of the engineering function. This role is operationally integrated, requiring not just technical skill but strong communication and awareness of workflow across departments.
