Product Assistant BOB and Exclusive Gifts

Contract: PermanentLocation: NottinghamRecruitment Partner: Anastasia WalkerAbout the roleAs Product Assistant for Boots Brand & Exclusives Gift youll play a critical role in supporting the product team in the development and delivery of the Christmas Gifting Range in the UK. You will report to one of the Product Managers within the Team and provide administrative support across all team members. Youll be the key coordination point for all stakeholders and youll build strong relationships across the business and our retailer partner.Youll coordinate the development and sharing of our brand assets such as product photography and will hold yourself and others to high execution standards. Youll monitor how our products show up in our stores and youll stay close to competitor activity both in store and online - capturing and sharing your insight with the product team on a regular basis.Key responsibilitiesYoull provide administrative support to the product team being the go-to coordinator for all things from samples to sales reports to travel and team building days You will support on artworks and copy creation and be responsible for the coordination and development of our product photography assets working with the product manager to write briefs collate and organise product samples and be our eyes and ears out in the market sharing competitor reviews and trend reports.Youll be accountable for ensuring each new product and vendor is set up correctly on our PIM (Product Information Management) system.
