We are looking for an experienced 5-Axis CNC Machinist/Programmer to support the production of complex, high-tolerance machined castings. You’ll play a key role in proving out new products and batch work while ensuring exceptional accuracy and efficiency. CNC Miller Programmer Responsibilities: Set and operate 5-axis CNC machines for new product development and batch production Create and edit programs using Mazak (Mazatrol Smooth) and/or Heidenhain controls Work from technical drawings and specifications to determine machining operations Prove out complex parts engineered offline and confidently resolve machining challenges Carry out in-process measurements using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Perform routine maintenance to optimise machine performance Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes and enhance product quality Maintain a safe...
