You will be based in our Oxford Office and work closely with our design teams and Project Managers to shape and elevate design management practices across Ridge.If you have experience delivering MEP packages for complex projects, often within an accelerated timescale, this could be the next big step in your career.As MEP Design Manager, you will: Apply professional MEP design management across Ridge's diverse portfolio of projects. Define design programmes, deliverables, and communication strategies for multiple complex projects. Lead and chair design team meetings with internal consultants, external partners, and Tier 1 contractors. Support and establish client technical approval processes and internal quality assurance protocols.
