Job Description

Our Client is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions and services. We specialize in helping businesses optimize their operations and achieve strategic goals through advanced ERP systems. We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle ERP Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic team and drive successful ERP transformation projects for our clients.

As an Oracle ERP Transformation Consultant, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle ERP systems for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of ERP solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage Oracle ERP transformation projects from inception to completion.
  2. Conduct detailed business analysis to understand client requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Design and configure Oracle ERP solutions to meet client needs and industry best practices.
  4. Provide expert advice on Oracle ERP modules, including Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Human Capital Management.
  5. Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  6. Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams to ensure effective adoption of ERP systems.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions.
  8. Conduct system testing, data migration, and performance tuning.
  9. Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Consultant with a focus on transformation projects.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules and related technologies.
  3. Management Consulting Experience with experience of practice development & Thought Leadership.
  4. Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
