A multi-office law firm in south London is recruiting a residential conveyancer. Non-qualified fee earners are welcome to apply
 
The firm has been established for over 100 years and has built a strong brand for legal services in its local areas, therefore no business development is required but would be welcome.
 
They have a 1-2-1 setup for fee earners and support staff, so you would only be expected to fee earn.
 
Your caseload will include freehold and leasehold matters such as:
 
- Sales
- Purchases
- Re-mortgages
 
They will offer you:

 
- An achievable billing target with additional incentives
- An opportunity for career development i.e. head of department/partner
- Flexible working hours
 
Chartered legal executives, solicitors, licensed conveyancers or non-qualified fee earners/caseworkers are welcome to apply.
