HR IS Administrator

Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be supporting this key client in Knowsley as they seek to find an HR IS Administrator to join the HR team in this newly created role.
You will be a unique mix of HR and IT (preferably with Sage People but not essential) and happy to work full time, 5 days a week on site in Knowsley.
Duties will involve analysing HRIS performance metrics, working closely with the IT department to optimise HRIS processes and maintain databases.
Salary and benefits:
- £26-30k
- Annual Bonus
- 9-5 working hours

Duties:
- Collaborate with the HR Team and other stakeholders to determine HRIS needs (Sage People)
- Deliver training on using the HRIS.
- Analyse HRIS performance metrics and resolve application issues working with in house IT and Sage support.
- Create user accounts, manage access, and update employee information.
- Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
- Work closely with our IT department to optimise HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests.
- Maintain databases and analyse data ensuring data integrity, develop reports and run queries.
Experience required:
- Ideally experience using Sage People, but not essential
- Otherwise prior HR IS systems knowledge
