Location: Nottingham/LondonRecruitment Partner: Frankie McCallister-LyasAbout the role:The B-Hive is an in-house creative agency bringing to life the creative needs of some of the most recognizable brands in the beauty industry including No7 Soap & Glory Liz Earle and Boots own brand. We combine the capability of an external creative and production team with the speed flexibility and in-depth brand knowledge of an in-house set-up underpinned by years of experience dedicated to Boots and No7 Beauty Company.As a Creative Producer within the B-Hive you will lead photography and video productions for multiple brands within The Boots Group from concept development to on-set execution. You will translate a creative concept into a detailed production brief coordinate our production partner and oversee all stages of production.The ideal candidate has strong technical production knowledge experience running shoots excellent communication skills and a proactive creative approach to delivering high-quality content in a fast-paced collaborative environment.Key responsibilitiesResponsible for producing photography and video shoots for multiple brandsDeveloping relationships with clients presenting creative and leading production calls such as response to briefs and pre-production meetingsWriting quality production briefs translating a brands vision into a detailed shot list styling and capturing any technical requirementsBriefing stylists photographers videographers creatives and retouchCreating and maintaining all key project documents such as timelines budgets casting and permitsLiaising with external suppliers to arrange services or resourcesAttending shoots and being a creative eye on set supporting client ensuring seamless collaboration between client and crewSupporting wider team on large scale campaignsWhat youll need to haveA good technical understanding of production that allows you to interrogate briefs and make sound creative decisionsExperience working in a creative setting with a passion for all elements of production such as design copy artwork styling photography video and CGIExperience running shoots and a good understanding of studio operationsPro-active nature when solving problems always one step ahead anticipating client and creative team needsFlexibility to work under pressure and the ability to work in a highly matrixed organisationComfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to present to senior stakeholders across the businessEnthusiastic about supporting creative excellence and brand consistencyIt would be great if you also havePassionate about beauty healthcare creativity and storytellingWorking knowledge of creative workflows and asset management systemsWho we areNo7 Beauty Company is made up of five iconic brands - No7 Liz Earle Soap & Glory Botanics and Sleek MakeUP.
