We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live In care assistant to join our team in Doncaster United Kingdom. As a Live In care assistant you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality person-centred care to individuals in their own homes enhancing their quality of life and supporting their independence. Deliver personalised care and support including assistance with daily living activities personal care and medication administrationProvide emotional support companionship and help with light housekeeping tasksMaintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the clients conditionCollaborate with healthcare professionals and respond appropriately to emergenciesAdhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies Qualifications : Genuine caring nature and commitment to improving the lives of othersPrevious experience in caregiving is advantageous but full training will be providedValid full UK driving licence and access to own vehicleAbility to work flexible hours and commit to a live-in scheduleWillingness to undertake Live-In assignments away from homeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical fitness to assist with daily tasks and mobility supportPatience empathy and understanding towards clients needsBasic literacy and numeracy skills for accurate record-keepingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to changing situations and client needsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressureCommitment to ongoing professional development and trainingAdditional Information : If youre looking for work which is extremely rewarding and satisfactory and you have a high-degree of flexibility to meet our clients needs we would love to hear from you.We encourage applications from all sections of the community as we want to reflect the neighbourhoods in which we work.
