Lettings Consultant

Our client, a well-established family-owned independent agent is looking for an experienced Lettings Consultant to join their team in Leicester.

If you have experience in either Lettings Negotiation or Property Management then this is a great opportunity for you to join a team where you will be valued and have the chance to progress in your career.

Working hours of a Lettings Consultant:

  • Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm
  • 5-day working week

The successful Lettings Consultant will be offered:

  • Up to £27,000 basic
  • Free parking
  • Career progression
  • Pay per mile

Lettings Consultant requirements:

  • Previous experience in Lettings or Property Management
  • Great communication both written and verbal
  • Full UK driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Highly motivated and driven, ready to get stuck in
  • Good knowledge of the local area

Key tasks of a Lettings Consultant will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties
  • Booking and conducting viewings
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Negotiating potential offers
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Dealing with any maintenance issues
  • General office admin duties
