Job Title: People & Development Coordinator (Early Talent)Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)Hours: 9:00–5:30Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 DOEOverviewWe are seeking a proactive and organised People & Development Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting the delivery of early talent recruitment and development programmes. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in HR, early careers, or learning & development who is ready to take on more responsibility in programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.The RoleYou will play a key role in coordinating graduate, apprentice, internship, and work experience pathways, ensuring smooth onboarding, exceptional candidate experience, and effective programme delivery.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate scheduling and delivery of training and development sessions, including liaising with subject matter experts and managing logisticsMonitor attendance, collect feedback, and support continuous improvement of contentManage onboarding for early talent cohorts, including documentation, enrolment forms, and funding confirmationsConduct check-ins with new starters and support their integrationAct as a key contact for early talent cohorts, supervisors, and training providersMaintain accurate programme records and trackers, including progress reviews and feedback logsSupport reporting on programme performance, engagement, and outcomesAssist in the planning and delivery of early talent events such as assessment centres and networking sessionsProvide recruitment support including interview coordination and candidate communicationAbout You:Highly organised with excellent time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesConfident using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams, Excel, and OutlookAble to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing prioritiesDesirable:Familiarity with apprenticeship programmes and fundingAwareness of professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, APM, CIOB)Experience supporting graduate or apprenticeship schemesEducated to degree level or equivalent experience
