The vital Lead Mechanical Rotating Plant Engineer role comes with a basic salary of £58,100 - £87,100 + a performance related bonus + other excellent benefits. Responsibilities and duties Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for: The management of the sites rotating equipment which includes the 2 GE 9FA Gas Turbines, D11 Steam Turbine and other rotating plant. Leadership of the Rotating Plant team of technicians & engineers. Delivery of the outage strategy and management of projects as well as enhancing the planned maintenance strategy Ownership of the budget and contract management of key strategic suppliers To ensure health, safety & environmental compliance, along with the pressure regulations and lifting gear inspection requirements Assisting in continuous improvement such as plant developments, modifications, and projects Supervising and setting to work on site contractors.
