We emphasise quality over quantity, limiting case management assessments to six per day for manageable workloads and superior service, boosting staff morale and retaining our staff for the long term.About You:As a key member of the Occupational Health business, your role asOccupational Health Advisoris critical to helping our clients manage health and wellbeing solutions.You will deliver consultations covering fitness for work, absence management, and employee assistance programmes.You will be passionate and focussed on solving problems that matter. If you enjoy variety, want to feel part of a team, and valued as an individual, then RPS is the home for you.Your Responsibilities: Responsible for proactive Occupational Health provision to client companies Coordinate defined Occupational Health activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation Prevent adverse health effects from workplace activities through specialist skills and knowledge Responsible for personal Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to maintain NMC registrationSkills, Knowledge, and Experience: Experienced in all aspects of OH service delivery including health service delivery, case management, health surveillance and screening procedures including audoiometry, spirometry, and skin management Willing to undertake personal CPD to maintain your NMC registration High degree of self motivation and management Strong organisational skills Proficient IT skills including MS office suite Strong team player and able to lead by exampleQualifications: Registered General Nurse, holding a post registration qualification in Occupational Health at Certificate Diploma or Degree level Hold a current UK driving licence #LI-JP1TPBN1_UKTJ
