We are seeking a Compliance & Licensing Specialist – Government and Regulatory Affairs to join a dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and support a global, cutting-edge telecommunications portfolio, ensuring compliance and maintaining robust licensing systems.


Key Responsibilities for the Compliance & Licensing Specialist – Government and Regulatory Affairs:


  • License Management: Maintain and enhance the licensing database, ensuring it evolves to meet business needs. Track the status of existing licenses and applications, ensuring timely updates.
  • Compliance Oversight: Coordinate compliance deadlines, prepare reports, and fulfil regulatory requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Submissions: Develop and maintain templates and precedents for licensing applications. Support the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, working closely with internal teams to gather necessary inputs.
  • Strategic Evaluation: Assess national licensing requirements in alignment with network operations and other business activities.
  • Cross-Functional collaboration: Partner with business, technical, legal, and accounting teams to facilitate thorough internal reviews and ensure accurate regulatory submissions.



Experience and qualifications for the Compliance & Licensing Specialist – Government and Regulatory Affairs::


  • Proven experience in government and regulatory affairs, particularly with telecommunications licensing.
  • Adept in collaborating and communicating effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Initiative-driven and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with commitment to meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
