You will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth delivery of learning solutions, customer communications and business process improvements – enabling our associates to excel for our Customers, Shoppers & Consumers.This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in exceptional organisation and communication.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work closely with Capability Managers to support:Skills, Communications & Process InterventionsSupport onboarding and curriculum programmes – booking rooms, managing participants, coordinating trainers & materialsSend communications and manage attendance for learning eventsMaintain capability spaces onsite and ensure materials are up to dateHelp drive engagement through targeted emails and event promotionEvent Support (In-Person)Assist with setup and onsite delivery of learning pathways and key eventsWelcome delegates and support smooth event logisticsCoordinate samples, equipment and resourcesAdministration & Audit SupportMaintain capability workload trackers, documentation and SharePoint/Teams contentSupport Workday learning set-up, reporting and post-event updatesRun reports on capability assessments and evaluationsRespond to general internal queries about capability offeringsSupport off-site planning and booking of training roomsWorkday / Mars U SupportSchedule learning interventions in WorkdayManage learner lists and ensure operational readiness (materials/rooms/catering)Monitor attendance and help recruitment for sessionsUpdate training impact data quarterlyBudget SupportTrack budget spend and support purchase orders, cross charges and accrualsEnsure accurate and timely cost administrationRequirementsWe are looking for someone who has:Strong organisational and time-management skillsConfidence working with data and repetitive administrative tasksExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong stakeholder engagement skillsProficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPointAbility to quickly learn new systems and processesExperience with Workday, Power BI or finance systems is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided.Apply NowIf you are an experienced and enthusiastic administrator/event coordinator who enjoys supporting people and driving operational excellence — we’d love to hear from you
