A leading investment management firm is seeking an Investment Oversight Analyst to play a key role in the independent evaluation of internal and external funds across a broad range of public and private market strategies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative reviews of internal and external managers to assess suitability and recommend improvement opportunities Contribute to the design and ongoing enhancement of the firm’s Investment Oversight framework Deliver actionable research and insights to support the integration of oversight recommendations into investment decision-making Partner with the ESG team to evaluate the impact of sustainability factors on investment processes across strategies and asset classes Liaise with ESG team to assess the impact of ESG factors on the investment process across various strategies and asset classes Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to strengthen investment oversight and governance practices Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 5 years manager research experience at an asset manager or investment consultancy Strong knowledge across multiple asset classes including fixed income, equities and private market Demonstrated ability to develop deep portfolio expertise and uphold high standards in governance and oversight. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Team player with a positive and proactive mindset Mason Blake acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
