We currently have the following opportunity: Painter, 2 Posts (Fixed Term until 31 May 2027) - PKC13318£32,782 (Excluding overtime payments)Ruthvenfield Depot, Inveralmond Industrial Estate, Perth The Ruthvenfield Depot, Ruthvenfield Road, Inveralmond Industrial Estate, Perth is the Contractual base, however, the post holder will be considered a mobile worker and start their working day from their home address. At Perth & Kinross Council our painters ensure our housing stock is maintained, and all property repairs are carried out timeously whilst working efficiently for our tenants. Working 37 hours each week, 8am -16:30 Monday to Thursday and 8am -13:00 on Fridays, your work will include: Planned painting/decoration works Treatment of Condensation and Mould.
