ABOUT THE ROLE


As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in streamlining the sales process. You'll collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and marketing teams, contribute to exciting product launches, and help drive performance by generating valuable sales insights and coordinating engaging sales events.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
  • Track order status and liaise with logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • Generate and distribute sales reports to provide insights on performance, order fulfillment, and inventory levels.
  • Assist with client inquiries, ensuring all customer requests and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Prepare sales materials, presentations, and other resources to support the team’s client-facing activities.
  • Assist in the organisation and planning of sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.


ABOUT YOU


The ideal candidate will have a proactive, positive attitude, ready to dive in, learn quickly, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding organization.


ESSENTIALS

  • 1-2 years experience in a sales support or coordination role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle client inquiries and coordinate across teams.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple orders, ensure data accuracy, and maintain CRM records.
  • Proficiency in generating and interpreting sales reports, with a keen eye for detail to track order status and inventory levels.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems, data entry, and MS Office (especially Excel) for order management and reporting.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A proactive approach to client needs, with experience handling inquiries and delivering solutions.
  • Event Coordination Experience: Familiarity with planning and supporting sales events or trade shows is a plus.
