You'll spot opportunities to boost revenue, drive cost savings, and work on diverse projects—no two days will be the sameYou'll collaborate across sales channels (specialist, corporate, SME) and lead a talented team of three, coaching and mentoring to help them thrive.Some Of Your Key Duties Will IncludeDeveloping and delivering initiatives to improve portfolio profitabilityBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Account Management, and Commercial FinanceLeading your team to design and implement robust, compliant frameworks that reduce riskOwning and championing the models used within the team—ensuring they're regularly reviewed and consistently applied across all pricing decisionsWhat are we looking for?You're a qualified finance professional (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with good knowledge of commercial finance.
