DescriptionWhat is the jobYou will be working in our Internal Logistics team running various material flow operations within our end to end value stream to enable the production of finished goods. There are train and bus links to Ely from Kings Cross and Liverpool Street London and our site is within distance of Ely train station and Ely Bus station.RequirementsWhat is essential to usExperience working within similar roles or demonstration of transferable skills.Practical hands on approach with experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to follow time-bound Standard Work.Attention to detail ability to maintain focus and resolve problems to demonstrate excellent customer service.Valid (or working towards gaining) Counterbalance Truck certificate recognized by an accredited training body. Engaging with our supervision programme to enable a safe operation.Flexibility and comfortable doing a varied role within a given shift. Following the resource plan set by the team leader.Ability to work in a team environment and working on a task rotation basis.
