Role Overview: As a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitors, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading complex commercial litigation cases. You will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice, representing clients in high-stakes disputes, and mentoring junior solicitors. This role requires a solicitor with extensive experience in commercial litigation, a strategic mindset, and exceptional leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of complex commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, and more.
  • Providing strategic and commercially focused legal advice to clients.
  • Representing clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
  • Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors and support staff.
  • Contributing to business development initiatives, including networking and participating in industry events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 8 PQE in commercial litigation.
  • Proven experience in managing high-value and complex commercial litigation cases.
  • Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to provide pragmatic and commercially sound legal advice.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
