They are currently seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead their UK & Ireland team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader to drive the growth of the company’s renewable energy solutions, fostering long-term partnerships with major commercial and industrial clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales & Marketing Strategy:

    Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s global vision and local market dynamics.

  • Customer Acquisition & Retention:

    Spearhead initiatives to acquire and retain key B2B customers, ensuring the delivery of tailored energy solutions that meet their sustainability needs.

  • Team Leadership & Development:

    Cultivate a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Market Expansion:

    Identify new business opportunities and lead market expansion efforts across the UK & Ireland, driving the adoption of renewable energy solutions.

Your Profile:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is essential; an advanced degree is advantageous.

  • A minimum of 10 years in B2B sales, with a track record of success in the energy sector, particularly in renewable energy, distributed energy resources, or flexibility services.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to navigate complex market dynamics and drive growth.
