Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer We're working with a leading manufacturing business seeking a proactive and hands-onMulti-Skilled Engineerto join their engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong electrical background and solid mechanical skills to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. The role is shift-based (4 on 4 off), coveringrotating 12-hour shiftsincluding early, late, and peak-period rotations. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal machine uptime. Diagnose faults and breakdowns quickly using strong fault-finding techniques. Collaborate with production teams to plan downtime for servicing and repairs. Maintain critical spare parts inventory and manage part orders for maintenance tasks. Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with H&S regulations. Support with the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Continuously seek process improvements to minimise downtime and reduce costs. What We're Looking For: Time-served engineer with anelectrical biasand solid mechanical ability. Relevant qualifications such asCity & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, HNC/ONC, 18th Edition . Proven experience in afast-paced manufacturingor production environment. Strong awareness and commitment to health and safety practices. Confident inPLC fault finding and diagnostics . Familiar withCMMS systemsand excellent problem-solving abilities. Able to multitask and reprioritise under pressure with good communication skills (min. B2 English level). Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off rotation: 07:00-19:00 and 12:00-00:00. Peak season: 09:00-21:00.
