What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering creativity and innovation to address aviation security risks.
  • Act as a role model, demonstrating our values and behaviours while setting the standard for security and operational excellence.
  • Identify and resolve security performance issues at high-risk locations, ensuring robust measures are in place to maintain compliance and security.
  • Build strong and effective partnerships with partners around the world, ensuring continued and robust aviation security delivery.
  • Drive a learning mindset, empowering your team to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing security environment.
  • Deliver innovative solutions to emerging challenges, leveraging critical thinking and creative approaches to problem-solving.

Your Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in leading teams within a high-stakes security environment, preferably in aviation or a similarly regulated industry.
  • A strong background in managing security risks, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven track record of embedding creativity and innovation in operational processes.
  • Relevant qualifications such as UK Security Clearance, AvSec Manager certification, or DfT Threat Assessment training are desirable.
