Mechanical Engineer £40,(Apply online only) ReadingMainstay Recruitment are currently working with a well established company who are looking to recruit for a Mechanical engineer to perform planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of aspects such as HVAC, Plumbing, Pumps, AHU and Water systems. Duties:As a mechanical engineer you will be working predominantly across a single site performing Planned and reactive maintenanceAs a Mechanical engineer you will cover maintenance tasks across aspects such as HVAC, Plumbing, Pumps, AHU and Water systemsYou will look after water hygiene, plant inspections and will help with other maintenance tasks such as fabric maintenanceCarry out tasks within typical plantroom environments and at high level, working from platforms and ladders. All access and PPE will be providedAs a Mechanical engineer you will support coordinating subcontractors planned and reactive maintenanceYou will ensure all work complete is in line with health and safety and compliantHappy to travel to other sites where requiredhappy to be part of an On call rota Candidate:The relevant candidate will have relevant qualifications e.g. City & Guilds - Building Services Engineering or Plumbing Installation/Maintenance or equivalentMinimum 5 - 10 years practical experience within the building services engineering industryPrevious experience working within a teamKnowledge and use of computer software – Microsoft Office, Building Management SystemDriving license required
