Lead and inspire a team of property managers, fostering their growth through regular performance reviews, feedback, and coaching. Drive success by ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved, while creating a supportive and high-performing team environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional meetings to set and review portfolio priorities, focusing on process improvements.Drive service innovation and promote a culture of service excellence across the team.Lead business development efforts, including sales meetings, presentations, and bids for growth and profitability.Oversee Property Manager action plans, managing risks and implementing corrective actions for at-risk schemes.Conduct regular site audits and monitor KPIs to ensure standards are met across the portfolio.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures, addressing any non-compliance issues.Manage escalated complaints, providing resolutions and handling major legal matters with support from the legal team.Proactively manage contractors and consultants to ensure efficient project completion within scope and specification.Required Skills & Qualifications:Property management professional with experience in managing a multi-property portfolio.Inspirational leader with experience in managing teams to deliver exceptional customer service.Confident and articulate communicator, able to build relationships with diverse customers and clients.Resolution-focused with a creative approach to problem-solving and effective issue resolution.Comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety regulations, building safety, and Leasehold management principles.What’s in it for you?Our customers deserve the best and the same applies to our people.
