We are currently recruiting for a Bar Manager for our Exclusive newly relaunched May Fair Bar, located within the 5 Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join our exclusive May Fair Bar located within our 5 Star May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel as a Bar Manager.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the May Fair Bar operation.
Achieve hotel revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the food and beverage operation.
Direct the food and beverage operations team to ensure both customer and host satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment.
Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by requesting feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary.
About You:
Current in-depth beverage experience within a high-end liquor led operation.
Capable of demonstrating outstanding leadership, coaching and change management.
The ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and ensure completion to achieve required results.
A proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets to meet and exceed expectations.
