About the Role


In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for aligning DevOps delivery with business goals to create high-impact, efficient, and scalable solutions. With a deep understanding of our business priorities, you’ll translate strategic objectives into action by leading and mentoring DevOps squads and overseeing the full product lifecycle across multiple disciplines.


As Head of DevOps Delivery, you will:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of business goals and processes to align DevOps strategies accordingly.
  • Build and lead a high-performance DevOps team, fostering a collaborative, product-focused culture.
  • Drive a shift from project-based work to a product-centric approach.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and execute product visions, strategies, and roadmaps.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure DevOps processes are secure, scalable, and reliable while managing infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Implement best practices in automation, software release, and compliance, while championing continuous improvement.


What You Bring


  • Proven track record of moving organisations to a DevOps and product-centered structure.
  • Extensive experience with software development, project lifecycles, and methodologies, including waterfall, agile, and hybrid.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Solid experience in agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) and enterprise-grade software delivery.
  • Familiarity with BI and workflow tools, modern DevOps trends, GitHub, and AI-driven coding tools.
