Our client, a leading law firm with a renowned property practice, is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a high-calibre client base, including developers, investors, and corporate occupiers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
  • Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of commercial property law to a range of clients.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, offering strategic advice and ensuring their business objectives are met.
  • Work alongside senior partners and other members of the team on large-scale projects and complex matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Commercial Property law.
  • Strong technical skills and experience in handling a broad range of commercial property transactions.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A proactive approach with a keen interest in business development.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
