Role:HR AdvisorLocation:Scarborough YO11 3YTSalary: 33000 Depending on ExperienceHours:Full-Time / PermanentCompany: Cooplands BakeryWe have an exciting new vacancy at Cooplands for a HR Advisor to join our team Reporting into the People Partner and working as an essential member of the People team this full-time role will work in partnership with the Manufacturing and Retail business areas in developing and implementing HR activity to support business growth and improve organisational capability. This role will contribute to both the strategic and operational objectives of the business.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years generalist HR/ER experience to provide advice and support to Line Managers for HR matters including Employee Relations Performance Management Reward & Benefit Employee Engagement and Development.
