You can start when you like and finish when suits, which makes this ideal for a candidate with commitments outside of work that need something that will meet their needs Your day-to-day Assisting with residential and commercial property transactions Drafting legal documents like contracts, deeds, and leases Communicating with clients, real estate agents, and other solicitors Conducting property searches and investigations Managing the exchange of contracts and completion processes Handling post-completion tasks such as stamp duty payments What we need Experience with conveyancing and probate Ambition and the ability to work independently and in a team. Strong communication skills. Excellent work ethic and organizational skills. Attention to detail. Proficiency in computer skills.
