We’re looking for caring compassionate Senior Care Assistants who will support our residents and help ensure the smooth running of the home throughout the night.As a Night Senior Care Assistant your responsibilities will include:Completing necessary training and ongoing professional developmentProviding personal care supporting residents’ nighttime routines and assisting with individual needsOffering emotional support and companionship during the nightEnsuring residents feel safe secure and comfortable throughout the nightMaintaining high care standards and a calm environmentSupervising and supporting the night staff team including conducting appraisals maintaining records liaising with external professionals and assisting with recruitmentWhat We Are Looking For:Leadership or supervisory experience in a residential or nursing home settingA warm and caring personality with a passion for supporting othersA Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or a willingness to work towards one)Confidence in using technology and maintaining accurate recordsResilience and the ability to provide guidance under pressureFlexibility to adapt to the needs of our residents during night shiftsSandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits:Free uniform.
