A global company in the access control and security industry are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join the team. You will be responsible for ensuring products meet required quality standards.You will be an experienced Quality Inspector with a high attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills. Responsibilities:Inspection of incoming finished products, components and materialsEnsuring products comply with relevant quality standardsUse inspection techniques and tools to assess quality of products (i.e. calipers, micrometres, gauges and visual aids)Visually inspect products/components for defects and discrepanciesDocumentation and reporting – clearly and concisely documenting any defects and findings, maintain detailed inspection reportsWork closely with production teams, engineering and external suppliers to rectify quality issuesResolve non conformances and help implement corrective and preventative actionsExperience: Experienced Quality Inspector within a manufacturing environmentGood knowledge and understanding of quality control techniques and principlesExperience with quality control tools, i.e. calipers, micrometres, gauges and visual aidsAbility to read and understand engineering drawingsExcellent attention to detail with good analytical skillsPlease apply for immediate consideration
