Acting as an ambassador for our Castore brand. Always provide excellent customer service. Advising and assisting customers. Handling complaints or forwarding serious issues to the manager on duty. Conducting customer transactions. Replenishing the supply of stock on the shelves. Assisting with store deliveries. Replenishment of the store. Monitor and report on KPIs regularly e.g. Order in store E-receipts. Identify opportunities for up selling products and add-on sales.Skills & Qualities The ability to thrive in a sales targeted environment. The capacity to work alone or as part of a team. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. A desire to use your initiative to solve problems.
