Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:3rd Line level minimumSupporting and maintaining Microsoft technologies (Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, Teams, Windows Server).Managing cloud-based solutions in Microsoft Azure.Administering virtualised environments using VMware and/or Hyper-V.Maintaining and optimising Storage Area Networks (SAN) and enterprise backup systems.Assisting in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.Writing and maintaining automation scripts using PowerShell.Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco networking equipment.Ensuring security best practices are followed across all infrastructure layers.About YouWe’re looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to work both independently and as part of a team.
