Working exclusively with Drayton, they are seeking a Site Director to lead their bustling food manufacturing facility that borders the Lake District, in the North West of England. Who you are:

  • A seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing large, complex food processing sites exceeding £100m turnover and 800+ employees.
  • A confident and decisive decision-maker, able to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • An astute financial manager with a deep understanding of cost control, budgeting, and investment planning.
  • An expert in food manufacturing systems, from ingredient sourcing and processing to packaging and distribution.
  • A logistics maestro, overseeing a seamless supply chain and ensuring efficient delivery of quality products.
  • A communicator who builds strong relationships across all levels, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.


What you'll do:

  • Lead the entire site operation, ensuring smooth production, quality control, and safety compliance.
  • Oversee financial performance, driving profitability and maximizing resource utilization.
  • Manage and optimise the supply chain, from raw materials to finished goods delivery.
  • Implement and improve food manufacturing systems, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
