Our Care in the Home business is growing across Exeter and surrounding areas. We are looking for warm-hearted, highly motivated, proactive Bank Support Workers who share our commitment to providing empowering care that enables clients to live independently in their own homes. If you're someone who leads with kindness, lifts others up with patience and positivity, and believes that caring is a calling, not just a jobyou could be exactly who we're looking for This is a zero contract with regular shifts once assigned to a client to enable continuity of care, contracted hours can be discussed once you are assigned to support a client. You will attend our sector leading 2 week induction course so you are confident and ready to go once we have a matching client This will include staying away from home for 5 days, we will cover the cost of travel and accommodation. During this time you will have both face to face training with our clinicians and complete online courses to ensure you feel ready and confident when you support our client. Please note : We cannot offer sponsorship for this role and therefore will not be able to progress any candidates who require a certificate of sponsorship to work in the UK.
