This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor who can immediately join the Duty Solicitor Rota and is confident handling police station representation, advocacy, and criminal litigation.   Role: Criminal / Duty Solicitor Location: Dudley Salary: £35,000 to £50,000   The Role Handle a varied caseload of criminal defence matters. Represent clients at police stations and magistrates’ courts. Undertake advocacy including bail applications, case management hearings & trials. Participate in the Duty Solicitor Rota (including evenings/weekends).Key Requirements Be a qualified solicitor with Duty Solicitor accreditation.
