Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Connection: Identify and connect with candidates through diverse channels to support them in their job search.
  • Interviews and Assessment: Conduct interviews with candidates to gain a comprehensive understanding of their experience, skills, and career aspirations.
  • Matching and Promotion: Match candidates with temporary job opportunities and promote candidates to clients to cultivate new opportunities.
  • Market Knowledge: Build up your market knowledge within your sector and utilise it to cultivate new business relationships.
  • Client Engagement: Contact clients, schedule meetings to understand their business requirements, and effectively present the advantages of collaborating with Adecco.
  • Client Visits: Engage with clients through in-person and virtual visits, introducing Adecco and communicating the range of services you provide.
  • Relationship Management: Manage client relationships to establish enduring and successful partnerships, encompassing both existing clients and generating new opportunities.
