The Corporate team sits at the heart of this success, advising on M&A, joint ventures, and private equity transactions for an impressive portfolio of UK and international clients.You’ll be joining a collaborative, entrepreneurial team where partners are approachable, client relationships are shared, and career progression is actively supported. The Edinburgh office is viewed as a key part of the wider business, not a satellite, offering real autonomy and visibility within the firm.Key Responsibilities:Advise on a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A, joint ventures, and private equity dealsAct for clients across energy, infrastructure, and broader commercial sectorsManage client relationships with increasing responsibility and autonomyCollaborate closely with partners and colleagues across multiple officesContribute to business development and the continued growth of the Scottish corporate practiceWho We’re Looking For:Qualified Solicitor (3-6 years PQE) with strong experience in Corporate/M&A workTrained and/or currently working within a top-tier or highly regarded commercial firmExcellent technical ability, attention to detail, and commercial judgementConfident communicator with a proactive, relationship-driven approachMotivated, collaborative, and keen to be part of a growing and ambitious teamWhat’s on Offer:Exposure to high-quality, complex transactions with major national and international clientsSupportive and progressive working culture with genuine career developmentDirect access to leading partners and opportunities to build your own client baseHybrid and flexible working optionsCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
