Candour Talent are recruiting a Programme Manager for their client based in Newport. * Employment Type: Permanent/Full Time * Working Hours: Monday to Friday * Salary: NEG DOE We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager (PM) to be the main point of contact for the customer, overseeing all operational and financial aspects of assigned customer accounts, including costs, pricing, profitability, working capital, and customer service. You will work closely with the Programmes team and other departments to maximise business opportunities with the client, building relationships and promoting growth. The client is particularly interested to hear from candidates with experience in aerospace manufacturing and certification, and in trade compliance sales (export control). The Role: * Lead a customer-focused team ensuring exceptional customer service to drive both growth opportunities. * Utilise account management tools, CRM systems, and ERP systems. * Establish and maintain meaningful and long-term customer relationships. * Support with the maintenance of healthy gross margin and operating profit, prioritising financial stability and growth. * Ensure all systems are kept up to date. * Provide accurate and timely financial forecasting for revenue, order intake, and order book, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning efforts. * Take ownership of collecting invoice payme...
