SAP Programme Manager – SAP S/4HANA – Birmingham


Hybrid working – 1-2 days per week onsite


Programme Manager required for a leading client based in Birmingham. My client is currently seeking a Programme Manager to come on board to be part of a large SAP transformation programme of work centralised around, consolidation of smaller programmes and projects, change programmes of work.


Key skills:


  • Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, functionalities, and implementation strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Agile, Activate) and tools for planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive project success.
  • Ability to manage organizational change, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Skills in budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FICO) and integration with other systems.
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity, and leveraging tools like SAP Information Steward.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Providing training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization.
